1960 Triumph 5TA 500cc
Priced at SOLD. Originally a police motorcycle, this machine was first registered on the 15th of March 1960 to the Chief Constable of the Buckinghamshire Constabulary. It remained with the Aylesbury police until 1967, when it moved into civilian ownership, in Middlesex. This bike seems to have spent its life in the home counties area. Comes with history in the form of several past MOT certificates, & a number of invoices for parts, together with a lot of handwritten notes from the last owner (who purchased the this bike in 1998). Comes with the original old buff RF. 60A cardboard logbook, the latest DVLA V5C registration document & is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for free road tax. Also comes with a Police petrol tank (see last photograph).
