Priced at SOLD. This machine was dispatched from the factory on the 18th July 1957 to an address in Welling, in the London Borough of Bexley. This model features Royal Enfield's own unique rear swinging arm suspension controlled by undamped plunger springs, & was one of the more 'up market' lightweights of the 1950's, as it was generally considered better that the myriad of Villiers engined machines available. This particular example is believed to be fairly original in its 'Surf Green' paintwork, & has a wonderful patina of age. Comes with the latest DVLA V5C registration doucment, a Royal Enfield Owners Club Authentification Document (giving Factory Record details), is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for free road tax & is MOT exempt.
