During his ownership he carried out a comprehensive refurbishment. His list of work included - Frame blasted & powder coated, other black parts painted in 2K, Rear wheel rebuilt, rear & primary chains replaced, Plain steel clutch plates replaced, re-chroming (exhaust, silencer, levers, kickstart), engine rebuilt (rebored, bearings replace as neccessary, cylinder head rebuilt), front & rear tyres/tubes replaced, all control cables replaced, carburettor rebuilt by Martyn Bratby, dynamo rebuilt, front forks re-bushed, sump plate replaced & magnetic drain plug fitted, rear wheel spindle & bearings, new seat cover.
