Priced at a very modest £2,850.00. Manufactured in 1956, & in the hands of a member of the British forces prior to 1959, bearing the registration mark EL 27 B, according to a copy of a tax disc stating 'Certificate of BFG' (British Forces Germany). First UK registration on 12th May 1959 when brought back to this country, this bike has stood for the last 35 years. We have now given the machine the once over in our workshop, fitting a new 6 volt battery & in-line fuse holder, cleaning the points & fitting a replacement condenser, cleaning the carburettor a thoroughly, & fitting a new rubber drive shaft doughnut. We then road tested using a slave petrol tank, proving she is all running OK. Leaving the new owner to clean the dirty (& very smelly) petrol tank & giving the bike a full service. She also requires a now petrol cap. Comes with the latest DVLA V5C registration document & road tax until 30/11/2013. As this is a pre-1960 vehicle it is now MOT exempt under the new legislation.
