Price now reduced to £2,500 from at £3,650. Registered new on 12th of August 1975, these Russian flat twins gained a good following, especially amongst sidecar owners, as many of them came with right hand mounted sidecars (including the option of a sidecar wheel drive). They where sold under different names over several decades in the UK (Cossack, Ural, Neval among others). Althought not of the highest quality finish, they were very rugged & reliable machines, built as working machines for the Soviet Union. This particular example, which has amazingly done less than 500 miles from new, came to us from a gentlman who passed it straight on from the previous Dorset owner, who, in turn had obtained it from his friend in 2016. The gentleman who passed the bike straight on to us wrote down his knowledge of the motorcycles history (see last below). There are several helpful manuals/instruction books (see below). Comes with the latest DVLA V5C, is eligible for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & is MOT exempt.
